Where do you source your livestock from?

We work exclusively with a network of small-scale family farms in the Yorkshire Dales. Our livestock is always native breed, grass-fed, and raised outdoors to ensure the highest welfare standards and exceptional flavor profile.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday to most UK mainland addresses.

Is your meat suitable for home freezing?

Absolutely. Because our meat is prepared fresh by our master butchers and vacuum-sealed immediately, it is perfect for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery for optimum quality.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or condition of your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

Do you offer any plastic-free packaging options?

We are committed to sustainability. Our cardboard delivery boxes are fully recyclable, and we use biodegradable insulation where possible. While we currently use vacuum pouches for food safety and shelf life, we are constantly researching more eco-friendly alternatives.
